 I am the founder and CEO of Koppett, where for more than two decades I’ve blended improvisation, storytelling, and organizational psychology to help leaders and teams perform at their best. As the author of Training to Imagine and co-author of The Facilitation Advantage, I believe that “yes, and,” deep listening, and intentional presence can transform how we lead, learn, and collaborate.
My work with organizations from Apple to NASA to the Clinton Global Initiative has shown me that creativity, connection, and courage aren’t optional extras — they’re core business skills. As co-director of the MopCo Improv Theatre, as well as a teacher, facilitator, and coach, I bring warmth, humour, and clear-eyed curiosity to the messy, unpredictable reality of human interaction.
At the heart of everything I do is the conviction that when leaders practice adaptability and play, they build the trust, resilience, and impact needed in a complex world.

With an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and years of working with organizations across Norway and beyond, I’ve learned one thing for sure: winning culture isn’t built through salary or slide decks. It’s created in the small moments — in our presence, our curiosity, and our willingness to make our first priority helping other people thrive.
I bring warmth, clarity, and a healthy dose of humor into the room, making it safe for leaders to explore both the strategic and the human sides of their challenges.
