Leading with Improvisation - Terms and Conditions
Effective from: November 2025
Thank you for choosing to learn with Leading with Improvisation (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you—when you join any of our online training programs (the “Program”).
By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Â
1. Access & Licence
-
When you purchase Leading with Improvisation, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Program for 12 months from your purchase date.
-
We guarantee that the Program will remain available to you for the full 12-month access period.
-
Your licence is for individual use only. Login sharing, gifting, reselling, or transferring your licence to another person is not permitted.
Â
2. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login password confidential.
If we detect account sharing or suspicious access patterns, we may suspend or terminate access (without refund) to protect the Program and its other users.
Â
3. Course Updates & Improvements
We regularly update and refine Leading with Improvisation to ensure you always receive high-quality content.
Updates may include adding, removing, or modifying lessons, tools, or activities.
These improvements will never diminish your meaningful access to the full Program during your 12-month licence.
Â
4. Downloadable Materials
Some resources in Leading with Improvisation may be downloadable (worksheets, exercises, templates, checklists, etc.).
These downloads are:
-
for your personal use only, and
-
may not be copied, shared, republished, or used commercially.
You may retain downloaded materials after your 12-month access ends, but you may not redistribute or use them for training, consulting, or public teaching without written permission.
Â
5. Community Comments & Conduct
If the Program includes comment sections or community interactions:
-
be respectful and supportive
-
do not post harmful, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
-
no advertising, self-promotion, or solicitation
-
no sharing private information of others
We may moderate or remove posts, and we reserve the right to restrict community access if needed.
Â
6. Refund Policy – 7 Days
We offer a 7-day refund period from your purchase date.
 To qualify for a refund:
-
you must request it within 7 days, and
-
you must not have consumed a significant portion of the Program or downloaded substantial materials (industry-standard “fair use” refund criteria).
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Â
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content in Leading with Improvisation—including videos, text, frameworks, stories, activities, audio, and downloads—is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
 You may not:
-
copy or distribute materials
-
publish, resell, or upload them elsewhere
-
use them to create your own leadership or improv training
-
reverse-engineer or replicate the Program
All rights remain with us.
Â
8. Prohibited Activities
 You agree not to:
-
share or resell your access
-
scrape or automate data collection
-
remove branding, modify materials, or bypass platform security
-
use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violations may result in terminated access without refund.
Â
9. Technical Requirements
 You will need:

a stable internet connection
-
a device capable of video streaming
